Mohit Bajaj

An ETF trading market veteran, Mohit Bajaj is fluent in the broad assortment of exchange-traded products and provides institutional clients with distinctive insight to the implementation of portfolio trading strategies and guidance on navigating the increasingly complex and evolving ETF landscape. Mohit began his career at Lehman Brothers in 2002, after which he was successively recruited by global investment banks Société Générale and Bear Stearns. In 2008, Mohit joined Deutsche Bank as Vice President and served on their ETF facilitation desk. He brought his deep experience in ETF market making for global banks to agency execution firm WallachBeth Capital in January 2014 as Director, ETF Trading Solutions. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a BA in economics, Mo received an MS in Finance from the Pace University-Lubin School of Business. Mo frequently speaks at industry events, and has often been cited by major news media outlets.

Director of Portfolio Solutions @Milliman Financial Risk Management
Wes is the Director of Portfolio Solutions as part of the Business Development group within Milliman Financial Risk Management. This group works with financial institutions and corporations on financial and capital markets risk management. Wes partners with portfolio managers, broker/dealers, model strategists and other asset managers to help determine how Milliman’s various Managed Risk Strategies can be used most effectively in investment portfolios.

Burke is responsible for capital markets, product development, and research efforts as Innovator’s Capital Markets & Product Manager. Prior to joining Innovator, Burke was Vice President – ETF Strategy at Direxion Investments and a Trader at Virtu Financial (focused on ETF market-making). Leveraging his technical background from his time as a market-maker as well as sales/product/capital markets experience on the issuer side, Burke delivers a unique perspective and deep understanding of the ETF ecosystem.
